How to Order the traditional way Fax /Phone or e-mail / Post

Please note all prices in Relics catalogues are in British Pounds (Sterling) and include V.A.T. currently at 17.5%, and is applicable to the U.K. and European Union sales.

Minimum Order
The minimum order value is £20.00 GBP (Excluding Post & Packing).
Please note you can order less but it will be rounded up to the minimum value.

On all of our main catalogue pages you will see on the right hand side under the price the word order, underlined in green.
If you would like to purchase this item please click on the link.

This will take you to a page tilted Shopping List where it will list all the items you order.
Here you may change the quantity by first clicking in the quantity field and changing, finally you must click on the button Update quantity.

To remove an item click on the remove link.

To return to the page you have just come from click on the button Previous Page.

To return to the main index click on the button Index Page.

If you make alot of mistakes or would like to start your order again, click on the Empty button this will delete the list.

When you have finished your order and you are happy with it, please click on the button Buy, this will take you to the Purchase shopping list page, here please fill in all your details.
When finished and you have checked all of the details click on the button Purchase.
Please note all of your details are transmitted securely.

If for any reason you have made a mistake or have forgotten to fill in a field the form will return, with the error hi-lighted in pink, please correct and then click on the button Purchase again.

The order will then be transmitted securely to our shop at 35 Bridge Street, Witney, Oxon, OX28 1DA ,England.

Payment
All orders should be pre-paid either by credit card or by cheque in British Pounds

Despatch
Orders are usually despatched within 5 working days upon receipt of payment.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you with the estimated lead time, giving the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Please be sure to give us your contact details when placing an order (you'd be surprised by the number of people who don't!).

Carriage and Packing Charges
Post and packing UK Mainland £8.00 per order (excluding Scottish Highlands). Most orders are sent by carrier, some smaller orders are sent by post and will still require a signature on delivery.
Overseas and Scottish Highlands orders sent at cost with a small handling charge please ask of a quote.
Most orders are despatched using our carrier ( City Link ) on a 72hour service.
